Members of the club interested in using steths physical space (aka our offices maker and hackerspace) must download<\/strong> the following file, sign it digitally<\/span>, and send it to info@steth.gr<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

The Board will contact the member after receiving the email in order to grant access.<\/p>\n

After downloading and completing the application, you will need to save it as a PDF and then sign it digitally<\/strong><\/p>\n

(Guide<\/a> <\/i>). <\/i> Please note, in order to use the digital document certification<\/a> service, your mobile number must be registered with the National Communication Registry (E.M.Ep)<\/a>. The confirmation of your mobile number can be done immediately online, e.g., through e-banking.<\/p>\n

After successful digital signing, you must send the digitally signed PDF to the association’s email info@steth.gr<\/strong> so we can then send you the electronic key with which you can access the space. In the case of signing at a KEP, the original signed document must be submitted to the association’s offices.<\/p>\n

Conditions for Using STETH Space<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The member must be in good standing and have paid their annual membership fee.<\/li>\n
  2. The Board reserves the right to revoke access rights via the digital key at any time if deemed necessary.<\/li>\n
  3. The member\u2019s full name and entry\/exit time are electronically logged. This data is also recorded in the #steth-doorlog channel on Rocket.Chat so that members know who is present in the space.<\/li>\n
  4. The following STETH Space Usage Rules must be followed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
